Every month or so, I get a batch of coupons for KFC in my mailbox. But the nearest one is a fair hike from my place, so I can usually resist the temptation. (A few years ago, I lived just down the block from one, and if the wind was from that direction, the temptation was maddening.) I have a friend who refers to the product as "Chicken Valvoline", but it's always been a guilty pleasure of mine.
Well, this month, the push is on for the new "wrapstar." It sounded good, so I decided to take the hike and give it a shot.
Oh, dear. The person at the counter (whose nametag said, "manager") was downright curt, the prices were well higher than I remembered them, and the much-vaunted wrapstar was essentially an extra large twister with salsa and corn chips inside. Not bad, by any stretch, but not mouth-watering, and definitely not worth a 24-block hike.
I think I'll find it easier to resist temptation from now on. -

We have received lots of home delivery and tried lots of pick up on Lonsdale. Keep hoping this place will change. But it is always the same crappy outcome. Some of the pieces of chicken we got today were just slightly bigger than a chicken wing you might get at Costco. To make matters worse, we paid fifty bucks for a small amount of chicken. This place sucks. High prices and poor food quality and quantity. They are lucky there is no Churches Chicken on the North Shore. If there was, this KFC would be finished.

I ordered chicken fried for delivery. I have been waiting for 50 mins before I called and asked how long it would be for my food to get delivered. The answer was ANOTHER HOUR! How possible that it takes 2 hours to get the food delivered to customer when the store is only 10 minutes drive from my apartment????? so I decided to cancel because I don't want to wait anymore! It's a bad experience for KFC delivery!

If you usually go to KFC, try this one. It is the best in Greater Vancouver. Customer service is very good. It does not have a washroom though!

Good quality KFC, a bit untidy, and odd layout for waiting, but otherwise great. And everyone loves Steve !! Waa waa !!
